Every driver confirms they hold a valid licence, roadworthiness test and insurance. Identity can be confirmed with a document — then a “Verified” badge appears on the ride card. The service may request documents from any user. Profile, route and messages stay in the app, payment goes by card with no cash in the car, and after the ride you leave a rating.
The amount depends on the distance of the route. The total you pay is shown in the app before you confirm the ride: it already includes the driver's cost-share and the service fee — nothing is added on top of the total you see. It is usually noticeably lower than a taxi. Payment is by card, no cash.
